Transtar Travel. A Dissapoinment

Went Singapore on 5th-7th February 2012
Bought two-way bus ticket from Transtar Travel, Jalan Imbi. (Near Restaurant Overseas & Sakura)

Our bus was supposed to depart at 9.30am
We checked in at 8.30am and went for breakfast
Came back and waited for the bus, it was late for 20 minutes

Then we reached Larkin stop and they told us to get our baggage because we had to change to the other bus.
The reason was that the bus that we were on had expired license so they can't go to SG. WTF?

So FINE ! What else can we do.

AND someone in the bus was smoking and no one stopped them!

On the day we're back, we took the bus from Golden Mile Complex, SG
After a while we've reached Larkin
Again, they asked us to changed to another bus ! WTH is all these??
Then everyone waited in the bus for half an hour..... one hour....
No one told us what we're doing there for so long
And we saw people selling bus ticket outside the bus
We were all expecting to be home in 6 hours but we were all stuck in the bus for an hour already !

Called the office to asked what's happening, they didn't know what's wrong !
Asked if they're supposed to be selling bus tickets so that we have to wait, the office said no, but they were doing so and they didn't stop them !

Then one and half hours passed...
The office then tell us to wait for another 30 minutes because another bus was supposed to be here and join buses
How did the office not know about this in the first place?
Why didn't bus driver or conductor explain to tell us what was happening when we first reached there and stopped for so long?

This shows that there's SERIOUS lack of communication between the management and staff, they didn't know about the buses join. AND also lack of communication between bus drier/conductor and passengers

It is really irresponsible of them to just let passengers wait for 2 hours +
And yet there aren't any apologies from the management / office to the passengers
