Bad Air Asia Experience

This is only based on my own opinion

Yes, it is a known fact that AA provides affordable flights to many and has fulfilled the dreams of many who wish to be on a plane for once.
They have been extending their flights to further and further places from time to time.

My bad experience (1)
From May 2011, they have changed their in-flight meal to a larger portion and provides water for passengers that have pre-ordered meals. It sounds so good doesn't it?

But what about passengers who have already ordered their meals before May ?

My parents and I have planned for a vacation since a year ago, and we ordered 4meals with coffee
But when we got our meal in the plane, they serve us water instead of coffee

Yes, you have changed your T&C, but shouldn't you honour your sales to your existing customers (people who bought ticket WAYYYYY before May) too?
AA doesn't even bother to inform us (existing customers) about the changes, is sending and blasting email SO expensive? or at least inform us that you have changed our order
It is so irresponsible of a company that has established so much !

Bad experience (2)
My friend bought Hotel + Flight from AirAsiaGo
Don't tell me AA and AA Go has NO relationship at all
They are to buy their baggage after they buy the flight and hotel, at the My Booking--> Modify
But they have tried to buy with 2 credit cards but it was Declined
We tried to call AA, Live Chat with them, no one can help us, give us solution, or solve the problem

The Live Chat was kind of rude at some point, I told them we have called few numbers but they can't help us, then I ask them to give me a number that can really help us solve the problem, all she say is we can't solve the problem here at the chat..

The problem went on for a week, till my friend decided to go to the office personally.
And then the problem is solved.
If the chat and the numbers are so ineffective and can't help this and that, why have it?

This is what i experienced, and I am definitely feel a little disappointed on their way of handling problem
